Where Are You? I’m Here

1993_dovesieteiosonoqui_locandina_01

Storyline

Two deaf teenagers fall in love defying hostility and indifference.

Fausto is from a well-to-do family who is trying to make him live as a “normal” person, while Elena comes from a working class family and had to drop out of school because the lack of qualified teachers meant she couldn’t keep up.

Their meeting gives them both the strength to react to their problems: Fausto comes to terms with his handicap while Elena discovers her self-confidence.

Elena’s high school diploma exams will be the first of many challenges they’ll have to face in life.
